1What do your construction packages cost?
Our packages start at ₹1,999 per sq ft (Premium, premium standard construction), ₹2,499 per sq ft (Gold, modern semi-luxury standard construction with complimentary interiors) and ₹2,999 per sq ft (Platinum, fully customised, luxury throughout, interiors included). The Villa package, from plot buying to handover, is custom-priced. These are starting rates and terms and conditions apply. Your final price is confirmed after a free site visit, and the complete written specification is shared during consultation.

No. They are starting rates, and terms and conditions apply. Your final figure is confirmed in writing after a free site visit, against a written specification.
3What is included in a package?
Design and drawings (working drawings, 2D and 3D elevations), structural design with soil test, complete government liaison (plan sanction, khata, licences, power, water and sewage connections) with free assistance for government licensing work, and construction to a written specification, followed by a workmanship warranty and one year of free service after handover. The Gold package adds complimentary interiors, and the Platinum package is fully customised with interiors included. Full specifications are shared during consultation.
4Which areas do you serve?
Mysuru, Bengaluru, Mandya, Srirangapattana, Chamarajanagar and Kollegala, and nearby areas on request.
5What services do you provide?
Four disciplines in-house: architecture, structure, interiors and construction. That covers architectural design; residential, commercial and industrial construction; industrial fabrication and PEB structures, cold storage and laboratory clean rooms; container buildings; and interiors for homes, businesses, institutions and corporate offices.
6Do you handle government approvals?
Yes: plan sanction, khata and licences, building demolition approval, temporary and permanent power, and water and sewage connections. Statutory fees are paid directly by the client.
7Do you take up corporate and institutional projects?
Yes. We are a registered vendor for organisations in banking, insurance, IT and education, and we work within the procurement and documentation processes large organisations require.
8Do you provide a warranty?
We provide a warranty on our workmanship. Products and materials carry their own manufacturers' warranties, which we hand over to you with the project documentation.
9What happens after handover?
We provide one year of free service after project completion. If something in our workmanship needs attention in that year, we come back and fix it.
10I live outside India. Can you manage my project?
Yes. Our NRI service covers plot identification and purchase, registration, design, construction with regular photo and video updates, and final handover.
